ZyloRush Refund & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: 10/10/2024

At ZyloRush, we are committed to ensuring a satisfying experience for all our customers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for orders made through our platform.

 

1. Cancellation Policy

 

a. Order Cancellations by Customers You can cancel your order through the ZyloRush app or website only before the restaurant starts preparing your food. Once preparation has begun, cancellation will no longer be possible. To cancel an order: Log into your ZyloRush account. Go to your order history. Select the active order you wish to cancel and choose the cancellation option.

b. Order Cancellations by ZyloRush We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following circumstances: The restaurant is unable to fulfill the order due to operational issues. The delivery address is outside of our serviceable area. In cases of emergencies, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is canceled by ZyloRush, you will be notified promptly, and any payment made will be fully refunded.

 

2. Refund Policy

 

a. Refund Eligibility Refunds are applicable under the following conditions: Order Canceled Before Preparation: If you cancel your order before the restaurant starts preparing it, you are eligible for a full refund. Incorrect or Missing Items: If the delivered order is missing items or if incorrect items were delivered, you are eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the issue. Food Quality Issues: If there are genuine concerns about the quality of the food, such as spoilage or contamination, please contact us immediately. A refund or replacement may be issued after a review.

b. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: You change your mind after the food has been prepared or delivered. Delivery delays caused by external factors like traffic, weather, or other conditions outside our control. Issues related to taste preferences, unless they involve health or safety concerns.

c. Refund Process To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide details of the issue along with photos if applicable. Refunds will be processed as follows: If payment was made via a credit card, refunds will be credited back to the same card within 5-7 business days. For other payment methods, the refund will be processed back to the original payment source.

4. Changes to this Policy ZyloRush reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.
